SEC. 43-126.13. INDEMNIFICATION.

A licensee, and any independent contractor used by the licensee, must execute a written agreement to indemnify the city and its officers and employees against all claims of injury or damage to persons or property arising out of the operation of the valet parking service by the licensee.
