CITY OF DALLAS, TEXAS CODE OF ORDINANCES
SEC. 43-26.   HEIGHT ABOVE SIDEWALK.
   No person shall erect or construct any awnings on, over or across any sidewalk in the city lower, at any point, than eight feet from the surface of the sidewalk. (Code 1941, Art. 139-8; Ord. 20743)
