CITY OF DALLAS, TEXAS CODE OF ORDINANCES
SEC. 38-2.   LICENSE - REQUIRED.
   No person shall engage in the business of a private detective or conduct a private detective agency within the city without first having obtained a license therefor. (Ord. 4039)
