SEC. 36-41.   PENALTY FOR VIOLATIONS.
   Every violation of any of the provisions of this chapter is an offense, and the person guilty of violating any of the provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction, be punished as provided in Section 13-1. Every day’s failure or refusal to comply with any of such provisions shall constitute a separate offense. In case of wilful and continued violation of the provisions of this chapter by any person, the city council shall have the power to revoke and repeal any ordinance under which such person may be acting, and to revoke and repeal all permits, privileges and franchises granted to the person.
