CITY OF DALLAS, TEXAS CODE OF ORDINANCES
SEC. 36-20.   JOINTS.
   All joints must be so made that a perfectly secure and unvarying connection, fully equal to the cross section of the wire, will be secured. (Code 1941, Art. 105-12)
