CITY OF DALLAS, TEXAS CODE OF ORDINANCES
SEC. 32-83.   AUTHORITY TO ENFORCE.
   Authority to enforce this article is delegated to the department of water utilities acting by and through the director and the police department. (Ord. Nos. 15071; 19312; 21176)
