CITY OF DALLAS, TEXAS CODE OF ORDINANCES
SEC. 32-63.   CONSTRUCTION PROHIBITED.
   No person shall build, use, or maintain any structure upon or alter the lake shore without first obtaining express written authority from the director. (Ord. Nos. 15071; 21176)
