It shall be unlawful for any person to disturb any of the shrubbery or trees and particularly the pecan trees growing upon the lands adjacent to White Rock and included within White Rock and Bachman Lakes. It shall be unlawful for any person to thrash, throw sticks into, or otherwise disturb pecan trees and it shall be unlawful for any person to gather pecans from the trees growing upon such premises; except, that persons may pick up from the ground pecans that have fallen thereon.
