CITY OF DALLAS, TEXAS CODE OF ORDINANCES
SEC. 31-8.   KITES WITH METALLIC FRAMES PROHIBITED.
   (a)   A person commits an offense if he:
      (1)   sells, possesses for sale, offers for sale, or manufactures for sale, a kite with a metallic frame; or
      (2)   flies a kite with a metallic frame within the city. (Ord. 14971)
