(a) Designated employees of the department of equipment and building services shall direct traffic by voice, hand, or signal in the terminal.
(b) A person commits an offense if he fails or refuses to comply with a traffic directive of a designated employee of the department of equipment and building services. A designated employee of the department of equipment and building services may cause the removal from the terminal of any person committing an offense under this subsection. (Ord.
