Any parking lot which is owned by the city and in the area bounded by Akard Street from Young Street to Canton Street, Canton Street from Akard Street to Griffin Street, Griffin Street from Canton Street to Young Street, and Young Street from Griffin Street to Akard Street is designated as the “Dallas Convention Center Parking Facility,” referred to in this division as the “parking facility.” (Ord.
