SEC. 28-113.   COLLECTION AND DISPOSITION OF MONEY DEPOSITED.
   The director of transportation shall designate persons to make regular collections of the money deposited in parking meters, which must be deposited to the credit of the city the same as funds that are collected through the municipal courts. The deposits must be made in a special account called "parking meter funds," which must be disbursed on order of the city council. The persons designated by the director of transportation to make the collections shall furnish a good and sufficient bond to the city to ensure the city the collection and safe handling of the funds arising from the operation of parking meters.
