   The driver of a vehicle commits an offense if he enters an intersection or marked crosswalk when there is not sufficient space on the other side of the intersection or crosswalk to accommodate the vehicle being operated, without obstructing the passage of other vehicles or pedestrians in the intersection or crosswalk, notwithstanding any traffic control signal indication to proceed.
