SEC. 19-77.   REMOVAL OF CERTAIN CASES TO HOSPITAL.
   When, in the opinion of the director of public health, proper isolation or quarantine of a person affected with, or a contact, or a carrier of any of the diseases mentioned in Section 19-61, is not or cannot be properly carried out on the premises occupied by such person, the director of public health may cause such person to be removed to a hospital or other proper place designated by the director of public health.
