Domestic servants and employees must secure the medical certificate provided for in Chapter 17 before entering upon their duties or before continuing their duties as such domestic servants or employees, and they shall pay the same fees as provided for in Chapter 17, “Domestic servant”. “Domestic servant” as used herein means any servant or employee in any home or private residence engaged in the usual and customary household duties, such as cooking, cleaning and caring for or tending children.
