A permit expires one year after the date of issuance and must be renewed annually by submitting an updated application and a permit renewal fee, when required, in accordance with Section 15C-2 of this chapter. Before terminating a permit for nonrenewal, the chief shall provide 30 days prior written notice to the permit holder of the need to renew the permit and file an updated permit application. (Ord.
