CITY OF DALLAS, TEXAS CODE OF ORDINANCES

There is hereby created the department of human resources of the city of Dallas, at the head of which shall be the director of human resources who shall be appointed by the city manager. The department will be composed of the director of human resources and other assistants and employees as the city council may provide by ordinance upon recommendation of the city manager.
