SEC. 2-50. CREATED; DIRECTOR OF WATER UTILITIES.

CITY OF DALLAS, TEXAS CODE OF ORDINANCES

There is hereby created the water utilities department of the city of Dallas, at the head of which shall be the director of water utilities who shall be appointed by the city manager. The department shall be composed of the director of water utilities and such other assistants and employees as the council may provide by ordinance upon recommendation of the city manager.
