(A) The use, consumption, and possession of alcoholic beverages as defined under Indiana law is prohibited in the town's parks, properties, and buildings, except as authorized.
(B) The Parks Department and Board may authorize or host events where beer and wine only are sold and offered for sale for limited duration and times.
(C) Except as authorized by the Parks Department and Board, any alcohol that is purchased at a sponsored event must be consumed at the event in the container provided.
