No building or structure found within the town limits shall be demolished without a demolition permit issued by the Building Inspector. The permit applicant shall submit a plan of demolition satisfactory to the Building Inspector. The permit fee shall be the sum of $50. Said permit shall expire six months after issuance or upon completion of demolition, whichever occurs first.
