A plumbing permit shall be required and obtained from the Building Inspector before any plumbing work may be commenced on any building or structure or any premises found within the town limits. All plumbing permits shall be issued in the name or names of the property owners pursuant to a signed application and written plans setting forth the specifics of the job in such specificity as the Building Inspector may require to ensure code compliance.
