The basic improvement location permit fee for residential properties shall be the sum of $50, payable to the town. The basic improvement location permit fee for industrial and commercial properties shall be the sum of $200, payable to the town. A written application for the improvement location permit must be filed with the Building Inspector. The basic improvement location permit shall be mandatory along with any other relevant permits provided for elsewhere in this chapter. The basic improvement location permit shall expire one year following its date of issuance and the cost shall be nonrefundable.
