§ 30.08 OFFICIAL BONDS FOR CLERK-TREASURER AND VARIOUS TOWN EMPLOYEES.
   (A)   The Town of Daleville shall obtain a surety bond for the Clerk-Treasurer in the sum of $30,000 for each $1,000,000 of receipts of the Clerk-Treasurer's Office during the last complete fiscal year.
   (B)   The Town of Daleville shall obtain a surety bond for each individual and employee whose official duties include receiving, processing, depositing, disbursing or otherwise having access to funds that belong to the Town of Daleville. These employees would include but not be limited to all individuals who collect utility funds and other funds on behalf of the town, such as all employees who work in the office of the Town Hall. Said surety bond shall be in the sum of $5,000 per employee.
   (C)   The Town of Daleville shall obtain a surety bond for each deputy marshal that is employed with the Town of Daleville. Said surety bond shall be in the sum of $5,000 per deputy marshal.
   (D)   The bonds may be an individual or blanket bond as long as the blanket bond is endorsed to include faithful performance of the duties of the officials and employees required to be bonded and to include accurate coverage sufficient to provide the coverage amount specified for all individuals required to be bonded under this section.
