§ 112.10 PERMISSIBLE TIMES FOR SOLICITATION.
   It shall be unlawful for any peddler, solicitor, transient merchant, or canvasser to solicit, sell, or offer for sale any goods, wares, merchandise, or services, to the occupant of any dwelling place by going dwelling place to dwelling place before 9:00 a.m. (E.S.T.) or after 9:00 p.m. (E.S.T.) without first having secured permission to do so from a resident of such dwelling place.
