§ 96.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter for which no specific penalty is prescribed shall be subject to § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who shall violate any provision of § 96.01 shall be fined the amount of $5, to be paid within ten days to the Clerk-Treasurer of the Town Council.
