Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be fined as follows:
(A) First offense: written warning and/ or fine up to $50;
(B) Second offense: $75;
(C) Third offense: $100;
(D) Fourth offense: $125;
(E) Fifth offense: $150;
(F) Sixth offense: $175; and
(G) Seventh and all subsequent offense: $200.
