§ 71.01 DEFINITION.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definition shall apply unless the context of the ordinance clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   VEHICLE. Any form of conveyance that is self propelled including, but not limited to, automobiles, trucks of all VD ratings, motorcycles, motorized bicycles or all-terrain vehicles.
