§ 70.37 PROHIBITION.
   Except as specifically provided in § 70.36, the utilization of low speed vehicles, personal assist mobility devices, or unregisterable/unlicensable vehicles in and on the streets of the town (SR 32 and 67 included) is prohibited and the same shall be a violation of this traffic code.
