Consumers wishing to discontinue the use of any utility service shall give at least 48-hours’ written notice to the district. The consumer shall be responsible for providing access to the premises for purposes of reading or removal of the meter by the district, which shall be between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday.
