(A) When the District Manager finds it necessary to order the trimming, preservation or removal of trees or plants upon private property or in parking strips or other public areas, he or she shall serve a written order, by certified mail, to correct the dangerous condition upon the owner, operator, occupant or other person responsible for its existence.
(B) The order to preserve or remove trees or plants shall set forth a time limit for compliance, dependant upon the hazard and danger created by the violation.
