§ 32.01 DEFINITION.

   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.

   PARKING STRIP. The area along the public streets and avenues between the curb line and sidewalk line.

   STREET TREE or TREE. A tree in any parking strip, boulevard or other public place, except where otherwise indicated.
