§ 31.07 AMENDMENT AND APPROVAL OR REJECTION OF ASSESSMENT ROLL AND CERTIFICATION TO COUNTY OFFICERS AND COLLECTION OF ASSESSMENTS.

   Upon the hearing, the Board of Supervisors may approve said roll with or without amendment, or reject the same and upon the approval thereof shall direct the District Secretary to file a certified copy of the assessment roll in the office of the County Auditor who shall thereupon certify said assessment to the County Treasurer to be collected in the manner provided for the collection of special assessments as provided in SDCL Chapter 9-43 per SDCL § 7-25A-33.
