§ 23.02 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   ADMINISTRATIVE AUTHORITY. The District Manager of the Dakota Dunes Community Improvement District Board of Supervisors.
   BOARD OF APPEALS. The Board of Supervisors of the Dakota Dunes Community Improvement District.
