(A) It shall be a violation of this title for any person within the district’s geographic limits or for any person within the planning and zoning jurisdiction of the district to violate any provision of this title.
(B) Any person convicted of violating any section of this title shall be punished by a fine not to exceed the then existing maximum dollar amount under state law, SDCL § 22-6-2, for a Class 2 misdemeanor.
