§ 20.03 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   BOARD OF APPEALS. The Board of Supervisors of the district.
   BUILDING OFFICIAL. The District Manager or his or her designee of the district.
