A. It is unlawful to possess, sell, use or explode fireworks as defined in Section 50-37-101 Montana Code Annotated within the city limits of the City of Cut Bank, Montana, at any time.
B. For purposes of this chapter, possess or possession means that the person who is in a public place or outdoors at a residence has fireworks in hand or in their immediate physical control when said fireworks are in such a state as to be immediately lit or exploded or otherwise utilized.
