5-2-3: STACKING HAY, GRAIN OR STRAW; PERMIT:
No person shall be permitted to stack hay, grain or straw within the City limits without a permit from the Chief of the Fire Department, and when permits are granted, said person shall protect said stacks of hay, grain or straw from fire by sheds or coverings, to be built and constructed as the Chief of the Fire Department and Fire Committees shall direct. (Ord. 8.36; amd. 2006 Code)
