All weeds, grass, and any other wild or uncared for vegetation growing to a height in excess of eight inches (8") or growing larger in diameter than eight inches (8") for such weeds with a prostrate growing pattern and those weeds even if less than eight inches (8") in height or diameter which are budding or preparing to go to seed on premises located within the City of Cut Bank, are hereby declared and determined to be nuisance weeds.
