A. Signs Not In Use: Any sign which no longer advertises a bona fide business, product or service shall be removed by the owner, agent, or person having the beneficial use of the premises upon which such sign may be found within thirty (30) days after written notice from the building inspector or city superintendent. Upon failure to comply with the notice within the specified time, the building inspector or city superintendent is hereby authorized to cause removal of the sign, as provided in section 10-5-27 of this chapter.
