2-2-2: DUTIES GENERALLY:
It shall be the duty of the board of appeals to provide the final interpretation of the provisions of the code for the abatement of dangerous buildings, and in all appeals from any notice and order or any action of the city superintendent requesting the abatement of a dangerous building. (Ord. 2.52; amd. 2006 Code)
