7-7-3: PENALTY:

Any person convicted of a violation under this chapter shall be fined not to exceed one hundred dollars ($100.00). A conviction under this chapter is not to be reported as a traffic regulation violation for purposes of points under section 61-11-203, Montana Code Annotated. (Ord. 15-01, 11-9-2015)
