6.04.013   Interference.
   No person shall interfere with, hinder, or molest the animal control officer, law enforcement officer, and/or city employee in the performance of any lawfully ordained duty of their office. No person shall seek to release any animal in the custody of such officers, or where the pet is contained in an animal shelter except as provided in this chapter.
