5.06.130   Penalties.
   Violation of this chapter shall be a Class II misdemeanor, and each day shall constitute a separate violation.
   In addition, the city staff may issue a cease-and-desist order requiring immediate cessation of work. Said order shall be served on the individual supervising the project. (Ord. 880 (part), 2023: Ord. 679 (part), 2010)
