A. On the day of the recycling collection, the recycling shall be put in such a place as shall be convenient for the recycling collectors or haulers. Recycling containers shall be placed on the premises adjacent to the street or alley bordering the premises. Recycling containers shall be so placed that the collectors of recycling do not have to carry such containers for a distance of more than three feet to reach the collection vehicle.
B. No recycling collection vehicle shall be required to use any private driveway in collecting recycling under the provisions of this chapter. (Ord. 870 (part), 2022)
