If any information required in Section 5.10.030 changes at any time, the applicant of license holder must submit the new information to the city along with the associated fee. The fee will be set by resolution within the fee schedule.
No cannabis establishment may share any physical location with any other type of business or land use type. A cannabis dispensary may only sell cannabis, cannabis products and paraphernalia aiding in the consumption of these items and may not sell any other item or services. (Ord. 873 (part), 2022)
