5.10.120 Licenses not transferable.
   No cannabis establishment license holder may transfer the license to any other person or entity either with or without consideration, nor may a license holder operate a cannabis establishment at any place other than the address designated in the application. A license issued under this chapter is not a property right. (Ord. 873 (part), 2022: Ord. 858 (part), 2021)
