An applicant or license holder who has been denied a license or renewal of a license or who has had a license suspended or revoked under this chapter may appeal to the Common Council by submitting a written appeal within ten days of the postmark on the notice of denial, nonrenewal, suspension, or revocation. The written appeal must be submitted to city administration at 622 Crook Street, Custer, South Dakota, 57730. The appeal will be considered by the Common Council at a regularly scheduled meeting within one month of the receipt of the appeal. (Ord. 873 (part), 2022: Ord. 858 (part), 2021)
