5.10.050   Number of cannabis establishment licenses.
   No cannabis cultivation facility licenses will be issued.
   No cannabis testing facility licenses will be issued.
   No cannabis manufacturing facility licenses will be issued.
   The number of cannabis dispensary licenses may not exceed two. (Ord. 873 (part), 2022: Ord. 858 (part), 2021)
