A. All participating residential patrons shall place only recyclable materials in a regulation recycling container furnished by contractor. Only recycling material shall be placed in such containers.
B. Recycling containers shall be kept tightly closed except during the collection or deposit of recycling material. The contents of all receptacles shall be so protected that wind cannot blow out or animals scatter same over the streets, alleys and premises of the city.
