Inspections by the city building inspector, the city fire department, or the State Health Department are authorized entry onto private property to determine the condition of manufactured housing parks in safeguarding the health and safety of the occupants.
It shall be the duty of the owner or occupant of the manufactured home contained therein or the owner of the manufactured housing park to allow the above inspectors access to such premises at reasonable times for the purpose of inspections. (Ord. 475 (part), 1997)
